The 23-year-old “Poker Face” singer – who is up for nine awards — donned a black lace Jean Paul Gaultier dress with Dragon print silk underlay from Gaultier’s fall/winter ready to wear collection. She accessorized the look with a Keko Hainswheeler neck brace and Kiko jewelry.

“I’m just happy to be here, and I’m excited for everyone to win,” said the singer, who walked the carpet with Kermit the Frog.
